Classic Exercises for Every Fitness Level - These are standby exercises that can be perform after mastering a few of the Beginner Exercises and they are such excellent exercises that they should still continue to be performed all the way up to and beyond the expert level.

Beginner Level Personal Trainer Exercises - These are personal training exercises that should be performed and thoroughly mastered before moving on to any Intermediate Exercises. 

Dumbbell Front Squats

Stationary Lunges

Intermediate Level Personal Trainer Exercises - These are personal training exercises that should be performed after mastering the Beginner Exercises.  Do not move on to Expert Exercises until you have master all of these Intermediate Exercises.

Expert Level Personal Trainer Exercises - These are very high level personal training exercises that may take years to gain mastery over...do not attempt any of them until all Beginner and Intermediate Exercises have been thoroughly mastered.

Extreme Expert Level Personal Trainer Exercises - These are the highest level training exercises and will definitely take years to master.  Do not attempt these exercises until you have master the Expert Level Exercises.
