Front Squat Pistols

Dallas Personal Trainer - Another version of Pistols in which you can hold an added weight to the body to increase the resistance.  Make sure that you have fully mastered Pistols for multiple reps before even thinking about adding weight to the exercise.

This exercise is performed exactly the same as regular Pistols except that you will perform this version with a barbell resting across the front of you shoulders. As you get stronger, increase the weight on the barbell.
