Liz Koehl
I absolutely love being a Personal Trainer and helping people get into the best shape of their lives.
I think my favorite aspect of being a personal trainer is the fact at I get to help people achieve a level of health and fitness that they honestly never thought possible. As a trainer who has seen one Dallas success story after another, I know that anyone can get into truly fantastic shape regardless of their current level of fitness if they simply follow a quality plan to get there.
So many people put limits on themselves and their physical potential, not realizing that they are truly capable of looking and feeling as good as they want to. I really enjoy the opportunity as a Personal Trainer to help people break through those self-imposed limits and develop the body that they truly want.
I am passionate about my work as a Trainer and I believe strongly in what I do for my clients. I find myself always taking a personal stake in the people that I train because I truly care deeply about every client that I train.
Liz is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, both through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is also a Certified Metabolic Typing Advisor through Health Excel and graduate of Baylor University. Liz lettered in basketball, tennis, and soccer in high school, playing club soccer at Baylor. She has also competed in, and won, several events in her age group at the Women’s Tri-Fitness World Challenge in Las Vegas.

George Koehl
I have been a personal trainer in Dallas for over 12 years and have helped dozens of clients achieve their fitness goals during that time. My passion is health and fitness and I love being able to spend my life helping people achieve their goals and get in better shape than they ever imagined possible.
I have trained adults, kids, teenagers, fitness competitors, elderly people, student athletes, and professional athletes. Each of these groups has its own rewards and challenges and I love working with them all.
The bottom line for me as a trainer is that I enjoy the opportunity to share my knowledge of health and fitness to help my clients achieve fitness goals and develop bodies that they have always dreamed of having. I genuinely care about making sure that each of my clients actually achieves their goals and I feel that I only succeed if my clients are succeeding.
George is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist, both through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is also a Certified Metabolic Typing Advisor through Health Excel and graduate of Baylor University.
