Well, do you think personal trainers just eat health food all day in between constant cardio sessions and have no fun at all? Honestly, maybe that is true for some Personal Trainers but that's certainly not true for us. We don't live to workout, we workout to live! And there is a big difference...
Honestly our view is something like this: What's the point in getting in great shape, looking good, and feeling good if you have to be "perfect" all the time and can never miss a workout or eat desert or take a few days off and enjoy a nice vacation?? Our goal as Personal Trainers is to get you the body you've always dreamed of having and then teach you how to maintain it with minimal effort. That doesn't mean that you quit working out altogether and go eat whole cheesecakes everyday, but it does mean that you get to enjoy life and feel freed rather than restricted. You will be amazed at how much easier it is to stay lean and toned after you have already "arrived" at your destination (i.e. your dream body). One thing is for sure, you'd better get comfortable with people complaining that "its easy for you" and that you have "good genetics" because you're gonna start to hear it everywhere you go from all the people who haven't been "freed" like you have. When they see you eat a big plate of barbecue, feast on pizza during the football game, or enjoy your favorite full bodied beer they're gonna start howling about how "you can get away with anything and you never gain a pound and its not fair....etc, etc" You getting into that situation is precisely our goal as your Personal Trainer. Get you to a point that your metabolism is so fast that you suddenly have that "wiggle room" you remember having back in the days of high school athletics! Here's to your good health, enjoyment of life, and a racing fast metabolism!

This is definitely what I would like in a personal trainer. It seems like most personal trainers are either in good shape and health nuts or are out of shape but these two trainers seem to have found the right balance...too bad I can't afford a trainer :( You guys should start a bootcamp so us poor folks can afford to have you as our personal trainers as well!
