So you're out eating with friends in Dallas at a steakhouse. What would your Dallas Personal Trainer tell you to do?
Well here is is:
-order water instead of alcohol
-order steak, chicken, or fish
-order a salad with oil and vinegar
-have a steamed vegetable, NOT a potato on the side
-last but not least, DO NOT eat the tasty bread and butter that they bring out before the meal
If you follow this routine, you should enjoy a nice meal AND get out unscathed so you can continue on your path to a seriously lean physique!
