My wife (who is a Dallas Personal Trainer) is pregnant with twins right now and her belly is starting to grow fast and she is very anxious for the opportunity to get back in shape after the pregnancy is over.
Don't get me wrong, she's still in great shape right now. She's a full time personal trainer, she likes to enter women's fitness competitions for fun and she absolutely loves to workout. BUT, right now she has to hold back on alot of the exercises she normally performs and the intensity with which she performs them.
I think it would be good if she would relax a little bit about it and be patient with the process, BUT on the other hand it is precisely her extreme determination to gt back in super-lean top shape as soon as her pregnancy is over that will insure that she does precisely that.
She has a burning desire to be lean and fit all the time and she continually back that desire up with action. Its no just because she's a Dallas Personal Trainer. Its simply because its important to her and she is not someone who believes that things happen by themselves. She knows that the individual who wants to see results must MAKE those results with their own sweat...period.
She will get super-lean again very quickly after she finishes her pregnancy and it is all because she has her mind right.
As one of my favorite football coaches in high school always used to say when someone was slacking during a workout: "Get your mind right boy!"
