Plyo Pushups
Dallas Personal Trainer - Although this is a high level exercise it is no uncommon to see a Dallas Personal Trainer utilize it with a client who is an athlete or who is very strong. These are great for building explosiveness into the upper body (its very much like a jump for the upper bdy rather than the legs).
This exercise is performed exactly like regular Pushups except that you will push yourself up as fast as possible so that your hands actually come off of the ground with each pushup. The goal is to get as high as possible off the ground with each rep.
