Cheating One-arm Chin-ups
Dallas Personal Trainer - These are the last step before the real deal (One-Arm Chin-Ups). Because these are such a high level exercise it is unlikely that your Dallas personal trainer would ever have you do them, however when a person achieves a very high fitness level these are a fun way to move things up to the next level.
This is a step below real one arm chin-ups. Hang by one hand from a chinning bar and grab your wrist with your other hand. Pull yourself up, using the hand on the bar as much as possible, but helping as much as is necessary to pull you up.
