Total Body Plyo Pushups
Dallas Personal Trainer - A very elite exercise that most Dallas Personal Trainers cannot even perform themselves. It is a fun one to utilize when a client reaches a high level of fitness but it takes alot of time and effort to get the the point at which a person can truly perform this exercise.
These are performed exactly like regular Plyo Pushups except that when you do the pushup and spring your hands off of the ground, spring your feet and legs off of the ground as well, so that your entire body springs up into the air at once.
