Straight Leg Sit-ups

Dallas Personal Trainer - Even more rarely seen than regular sit-ups, it is not often that a Dallas personal trainer incorporates this exercise into his/her clients' routines.

This exercise is performed exactly the same as regular Sit-ups without a foothold. The only difference here is that for these, your legs are extended out straight in front of you, instead of being bent at the knees. Do not let your legs lift up at all when you sit up.
