Dallas Personal Trainer - This is often a favorite exercise for boxing trainers but usually a Dallas Personal Trainer will overlook the value of this classic exercise. It may seem simple, but it is difficult to master. Think of it as developing a skill that can then be used as a workout tool after mastering the skill.
At first, it can be hard to get a rhythm going without getting tripped up and it can often get frustrating. Be patient and you will eventually get it.Everyone has a hard time with this exercise at first, so hang in there. Don't try to go fast at first, simply work on getting a consistent rhythm and not getting tripped up on the rope. Once you get a good at a slow steady pace, then you can gradually increase your speed as your skill improves. With a little practice you will eventually be able to go very fast on these.
It doesn't hurt to do some extra practice on this exercise outside of your workouts when you are first learning it. This will greatly improve your skill and reduce your frustration when you perform it during your workouts.
You can also use these as your warmup before workout in order to improve your performance even faster.
