Fast Box Jumps

Dallas Personal Trainer - A great developer of quickness and agility, although this exercises is rarely utilized by the average Dallas Personal Trainer.

These are performed exactly the same as regular Box Jumps except they are to be done as fast as possible by jumping up again immediately as soon as you land on the ground after each jump. Try to make your feet work like springs by bouncing right into the next jump each time you land from the last one. This takes some practice and coordination. Do not expect to get it just right the first time you try it. These will have to be performed on a significantly lower box than the one that you use for regular box jumps.
