Butt Kicks
Dallas Personal Trainer - This is not a common personal trainer exercise but is very popular for use by athletes for loosening up, improving flexibility, and increasing agility.
Run in place as fast as possible and kick your heels into your butt with each step. Make sure that your feet spring off of the ground as quickly as possible with each step. This exercise should be performed for the length of time specified by your workout program.
