If you look around in your gym though, you will more than likely find an area that you can easily utilize for this valuable personal trainer exercise.
Stand with you feet at a shoulder width stance and place your hands behind your head. Drop into a semi squat and jump forward as far as you can with both feet at the same time. Do not lead with one foot ahead of the other. Perform the number of jumps specified by the instructions in you workout program. Be sure to jump as far as possible on every jump, even when you get tired.
