Inverted Rows - (Free Hanging)
Dallas Personal Trainer - The next phase of Hanging Rows that comes after Horizontal Hanging Rows. This is the highest level of this particular exercise and as a result it is not commonly of use to a Dallas personal trainer for use with his/her clients because most people never even intend to get to this high of a strength/fitness level.
These will have to be performed either on gymnast rings or some sort of parallel bars. Most gyms do not have rings these days, so usually the best place to perform this exercise is on a parallel dip bar. Grab onto the dip bar from underneath with both hands and tuck your knees up over your chest, so that your torso is hanging horizontally. While maintaining your torso in this horizontal position, pull yourself up until your chest reaches the level of the bars. Lower yourself under control and repeat.
When this exercise becomes too easy for the number of reps specified by your workout program, add extra resistance by putting a weighted dip belt around your torso.
